We are passionate about making sauna and cold water immersion an accessible and joyful part of everyday life on the California Coast.

Community sessions are $34/hr and open to the public. We also offer memberships and discounted packages. Come on your own, bring a friend, or reserve a private space for your crew.

Our roots are in the Central Coast's open-water swimming and surfing communities. As more people discovered sauna, that community grew.

Sauna gives us another place to gather, recover, connect and enjoy the water.

Today, the idea remains simple: health, joy, community and a love of the water.
