Want to make sauna + cold immersion part of your regular routine? With our unlimited monthly membership you get the best bang for your buck per sweat & plunge. Your membership works at both locations: SLO & Morro Bay. As a member, you can attend unlimited sessions per month, with a few caveats:

• One session per day

• Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance

• We can't guarantee a spot if you show up without booking - book your seat ahead of time

• For no-shows: there is a $15 no-show fee. We want to encourage responsibility and communication so more guests can access sauna on a regular basis.
