Located on one of the most beautiful and iconic locations on the California Coast, our traditional barrel sauna (190°F) has views of the famous Rock, Morro Bay Harbor and abundant wildlife.
Cold plunge in the calm and tranquil waters of Morro Bay, one of the cleanest bays in all of California. Typical water temps are between 50-60°F and is a 30 sec walk from the sauna.
Relax in Adirondack chairs while soaking up the sun and views.
Take a cool shower after your session or access the bathrooms on site.
