Title: Sauna Host

Location: San Luis Obispo & Morro Bay

Compensation: $22 per hour & unlimited sauna (transportation to sauna available if needed)

Schedule / Hours: Roughly 10-15 hrs per week - flexible schedule - must include some evenings & weekends

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our mission is to make sauna & cold water immersion an accessible and joyful part of day to day life on the California Coast. We’ve started the first mobile sauna business in the county - focusing on sauna as an outdoor, community-oriented wild bathing experience! The sauna operates 3 days per week at SLO Ranch Farms and 3 days a week in Morro Bay at Coleman Beach. We’re a small family owned & operated business seeking to expand our team on a part time basis. We are looking for a friendly & reliable Sauna Host to manage shifts hosting the sauna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Host sauna guests - check in when they arrive, answer questions, provide guidance, and facilitate and positive safe experience for all

• Clean sauna & cold plunges between sessions

• Driving and moving the sauna trailer between 2 locations with the company truck (training provided)

• Troubleshoot technical issues with stove & sauna trailer as needed (training provided)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in sauna / wellness industry

• Experience in customer service

• A clean driving record

• Ability to back up a 10 foot trailer or interest in learning

• Physical ability to move heavy items like propane tanks, jugs of water, etc.

• Ability & willingness to work outside in all weather conditions

• Ability to work weekends & evenings
